Omer Al-Bashir vs ICC: Why not Butcher of Mogadishu Abdullah Yusuf

Recently, International Criminal Court (ICC) issued arrest warrant to Sudanese President Omar Hassan Al-Bashir, charging him with genocide and crimes against humanity in Darfur.
It is true that killing, widely, spread in Darfur region and many innocent children and women is been killed or raped by militia, although nobody knows the true criminals until today. But surely, Al-Bashir will clear him self in the court if he is not guilty. There are different armed groups in the region including pro-government, who are been accused for murder and displacement.
The international communities including USA, who named war in Darfur "The Genocide in Darfur", EU and UN in addition other human right groups campaigned to save the people in Darfur and finally settled the case in ICC against Al-Bashir. The world has tried very hard to save the people in Darfur against the criminals. So, Why not the people of Mogadishu, should be protected too from the killings by Mogadishu Butcher Abdullah Yusuf and his Puntland Militia
Unfortunately, In Mogadishu, the tribal killing and displacement is going on against local inhabitants at the hands of the Murderer Abdullah Yusuf, who leads the current transitional government of Somalia. The civilians, mainly from Hawiyo tribe, are facing continuous killing and ethical-cleaning by Yusuf militia of Puntland – Abdullah´s birth place.
Thousands died under unguided artillery shelling of Abdullah´s men. He imported about 6000 armed militia from Puntland to take part the organized killing and ethical cleaning in Mogadishu (The Genocide in Mogadishu). He distributed brand-new AK 47 automatic guns with help of the Ethiopian government. Transitional Government of Somalia led by the ailing murder Abdullah Yusuf failed to bring the law and order back in Mogadishu instead turned in to killing machine based ethnics.
Abdullah vowed to kill local Mogadishu tribes, exploiting old enmity between aforesaid tribes, which will add insults to the old injuries. The illegal fight in Mogadishu cost 6000 lives and forced 700,000 other to flee their houses, In addition to financial and infrastructure loses in the city.
For example, Abdullah Militia and misguided Ethiopians, on April 20, 2008, killed 100 civilians, 20 of them had their throats cut inside Al-Hidaya Mosque including the Imam of the Mosque Sheikh Siciid Yahya. Human right groups condemned the killings inside the mosque. "The murdered civilians took refuge in the mosque to save their lives form the artillery shelling." Eyewitness said. This is the genocide by the Abdullah's men to satisfy his enmity greed.
The bogus and trash-talker Dr. Muhammad Shamsaddin Megalommatis, supports Abdullah Yusuf and his illegal activities as he, rarely, accuse Abdullah Yusuf for such killing and inhuman treatment to the local residents of Mogadishu. Megalommatis supports Abdullah Yusuf and Ethiopians in Mogadishu, at the same time; He accuses the Ethiopians in Ogaden. So, Is Megalommatis true in Mogadishu or Ogaden?
Megalommatis, who synthetically advocates for the Somali cause in both Ethiopia and Somalia, is campaigning to damage and destabilize the peaceful part of the failed former Democratic Republic of Somalia.
Somali websites reported Mogadishu refuges fleeing to Somaliland via 'Puntland' faced robbery, rape and killings by 'Puntland' Militia in Garoowe based of tribal bad-feelings between Abdullah Yousuf in 'Puntland' and Mogadishu resident.
The illegitimate so-called 'Puntland' was established by Abdullah Yusuf on 1998 to use it as negotiating point for his dream to lead Somalia. Abdullah formed 'Puntland' for his own tribe.
The government of Somaliland receives and provides shelter to the Mogadishu refugees.
UNHCR and other international agencies overtake the responsibility of the refugees from the government of Somaliland. Some of the refugees who scattered across Somaliland major cities established their private life without government support including Businessmen who fled from Mogadishu. Other absconder families from Mogadishu receive financial support from their relatives in abroad.
